With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the pet care industry, I’ve worn many hats—from office manager for two premier pet sitting companies to part of the original launch team providing customer support for PowerPetSitter software. In 2008, I leaped and founded CutiePaws Pet Sitting, where I’ve proudly provided award-winning, bonded, insured, and vet-recommended care to pets across North Atlanta for over 17 years. I lead a team of over 30 highly trained independent contractors, focusing on recruitment, training, and quality assurance to ensure every pet receives the love and attention it deserves.Alongside growing my business, I’ve had the privilege of supporting pet pros around the world through my role in Customer Care for Precise Petcare Software the industry’s leading software platform for managing pet service businesses' operations. Helping others streamline their businesses and elevate client care is one of my greatest joys.With years of hands-on experience and strong connections in the field—and because I live by the mantra Go Do Big Things—I recently launched HeathersPetBizResources.com and PETual.biz: go-to hubs offering top resources and tools for startups and seasoned pet service entrepreneurs alike, whether you're in pet sitting, boarding, daycare, training, or beyond.And when I’m not working with pets or pet pros..you’ll likely catch me on the pickleball court, chasing down balls with the same energy as Shiney, my Boston Terrier, with her brand-new toy. 🐾🏓I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Barry University—but my heart has always belonged to the animals and the community that serves them.
